At Field of Daisy’s Doggy Playcare, we’ve created a safe, fun, and spacious environment for dogs to play, exercise, and feel free. Located on 4.74 acres in Madras, Oregon, our property was originally a horse ranch but has now been transformed into a dog’s paradise. With wide-open hills for running, a shaded area with mature trees to keep pups cool during the summer months, and a constant breeze to ensure comfort, it’s the perfect place for your furry friend to enjoy nature. We even have a special dig spot for the pups who love to dig, and we’re excited to be adding a pond with a waterfall stream this summer, so your dog can take a refreshing swim and enjoy even more fun in the sun!
Our facilities are fully fenced to ensure safety, and we take extra steps to make sure your dog’s time with us is filled with positive, enriching experiences. We are committed to creating a "Disneyland for Dogs," where pups can exercise, socialize, and enjoy their time away from home having the best time with their fur friends that speak the same language. We carefully vet each dog that joins our playgroup, ensuring they are a good fit for our fun and friendly environment. From simple commands to playful tricks, our boys, Thaiger and Thailer, love teaching the dogs, so don’t be surprised if your dog comes home ready to show off a new trick. Whether it's a full day of play or a relaxing stay, we strive to make every pup’s experience enjoyable and safe. We look forward to welcoming your dog to our pack!
Our Vetting Process
At Field of Daisy’s, safety and happiness are our top priorities. That’s why every dog must complete a Meet & Greet temperament assessment before joining our playcare or boarding programs.
During this assessment, we carefully observe your pup’s behavior to ensure they can thrive in a group setting with over 20 other dogs each day. While occasional growls or communication between dogs are normal, we’re specifically checking for any signs of aggression that could disrupt the positive and playful environment we work hard to maintain.
We know how important it is for dog parents to feel confident in where their pets spend their time, which is why we take this extra step. By screening every dog before they join our group, we ensure that your pup will be safe, well-cared-for, and surrounded by other friendly dogs.
Not all dogs pass this evaluation, and that’s okay! This process ensures a safe, welcoming space for all our furry guests to enjoy. If your dog passes, they’ll join a group of friendly, social pups who love to play, wag, and make new friends.

Our Hours & Availability
Currently, our facility is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are open on weekends for boarding only.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, we require that all male dogs over six months old be neutered. Additionally, every dog must pass a temperament assessment before joining our playgroup. This assessment helps us understand your dog's behavior and ensures they are a good fit for our group activities.
